Hiring of Food Stall, Tuck Shop, and Photostat Shops Services at Abbottabad University

Sealed bids are invited from skilled, experienced and reputable contractors, service providers, firms, and individuals (Pakistani CNIC holders) to build, operate and run the following services at Abbottabad University. Items being procured: - Food Stall (03 or above) - Tuck Shop (01 or above) - Photostat Shops (03 or above) Interested firms, service providers, individuals, and contractors may obtain the tender document between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days from the procurement section on payment of Rs. 2000/- as stationary charges (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/receipt in favour of Treasurer Abbottabad UST or download from the KPPRA website. Detailed instructions, terms and conditions have been mentioned in the tender document and those who participate in tendering shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the tender. Tenders sealed and complete in all respects may reach the Procurement Section up to 24-9-2026 at 12:00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to be present. Tenders will be processed as per KPPRA rules. The scope includes building, operating, and running food stalls, tuck shops, and photostat shops within the university premises. Bidders should be experienced and capable of managing these services efficiently. Earnest money/security of Rs. 100,000/- is required for each lot.
