Hiring of General Non-Core Services Through Outsourcing for Ministry of Industries and Production Islamabad

The Ministry of Industries and Production Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms or contractors registered with relevant authorities for hiring general non-core services through outsourcing. The contract is for FY 2026-27 and involves provision of Naib Qasid (25 Nos) janitorial services including 6 janitors. The services include delivering files, documents, and official correspondence between offices or desks, serving refreshments such as tea and water to office staff and guests, performing general administrative errands like photocopying, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and cleaning staff (06 persons) for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, washrooms, corridors, and surrounding areas on a daily basis. The material used must be of high quality and environmentally friendly. Items being procured: - Naib Qasid (25 Nos) - Janitorial Services (06 Janitors) Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with EOBI and FBR with active taxpayer status, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and currently be engaged in similar services to government or reputable private organizations. Copies of CNIC, NTN, and GST registration certificates must be attached along with proof of past performance and similar work orders. Tender documents containing terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the official websites of PPRA and Ministry of Industries and Production. Bidding documents will be collected through the EPAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from 26-08-2026 to 21-09-2026. No manual bids or hard copies will be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Ministry's office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Section Officer (Admn), Ministry of Industries and Production must be attached with the tender as per PPRA Rules 2004. The successful firm will be responsible for providing uniformed Naib Qasid cum drivers and cleaning staff. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
