Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to MES approved categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D'. They must submit complete credentials by **15 Oct 2026** for scrutiny. Tender documents will be issued only to qualified firms on **16 Oct 2026**.
