Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of lithium batteries and cells to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Lithium Battery 3.5V 750 MAH (Qty: 1582 Nos) - Battery Lithium ION Inorganic, 3.6 Volt Tadiran, USA (Qty: 830 Nos) - Cell, Battery, LI-ION, 3V, 11mAh, OEM REF NO 47-276, Radio Frequency Board, Mobile Radio, SD-k4721-8015A, NRTC, Pakistan (Qty: 1060 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of indigenous and imported lithium batteries and cells meeting specified OEM standards. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of agency agreement or dealership certificate for foreign OEMs, financial capability undertakings, bank statements for the last 12 months, and other required documents including CNIC, NTN certificate, and sales tax registration. Bid security is required as earnest money in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi, with rates depending on firm registration status: 2% for pre-qualified firms, 3% for registered but un-indexed firms, and 5% for unregistered firms, subject to maximum ceilings. Quantity offered must be 100% of the tendered amount. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. A performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. The tender will be opened in the presence of firm representatives in the tender room of DGP (Army). All rights to accept or reject tenders rest with the competent authority. The last date to collect tender documents is **15 October 2026**. Tender submission and opening will be on **16 October 2026** at 1030 hrs and 1100 hrs respectively. Interested bidders should ensure complete and compliant submissions including technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes.
