Hiring of Independent Building on Monthly Rental Basis for School for Rehabilitation of Child Labour Islamabad

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit e-bids for hiring an independent building on a monthly rental basis for its School for Rehabilitation of Child Labour (SRCL) Islamabad up to middle standard. Items being procured: - Independent building with total covered area approx. 4000 to 5000 sqft - 12 to 14 rooms including 8 classrooms, office, library, store room, computer/vocational lab - 8 washrooms (5 for students, 1 for office, 2 for staff) - 1 kitchen - Availability of electricity, water, preferably gas connection The building should be located in urban/suburban Islamabad preferably along Lethrar Road Islamabad between Khanna pull to Ali Pur Frash with easy access to public transport. Mandatory documents include ownership/title documents, map of building, non-litigation affidavit, active ATL status, stability certificate/affidavit, building address, power of attorney if applicable, contact details, latest utility bills, attested CNIC copy of owner(s), and rent demand quoted in the financial bid. The building must be free of government financial liabilities and litigation. The owner is responsible for property tax and other government taxes. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS v2.0 and submission of prescribed bid security or bid security declaration. Bidding documents with terms and conditions are available on EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 27/08/2026 at 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Unregistered bidders must register on EPADS before applying. A grievance redressal committee (GRC) is notified under rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
