Hiring/Appointment of Independent Shares Registrar Non-Consultancy Services

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the hiring/appointment of an Independent Shares Registrar under a non-consultancy services contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement will be conducted on a complete package basis using the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure (Open Competitive Bidding) with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Hiring/Appointment of Independent Shares Registrar as per BOQ Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with all terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements detailed in the e-bidding documents available at the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security or bid securing declaration as described in the bidding documents. The procurement process is managed by the SSGC Procurement Department located at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Interested bidders should submit their bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. For grievance redressal, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified, and copies of the procurement notification are available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0.
