Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with SPPRA rules. The contract price is fixed for the duration of the contract period. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and SRB registration, active taxpayer status on ATL, minimum three years of experience with at least five purchase orders, and a minimum turnover of Rs. 3 million annually. Earnest money in the form of 5% bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 must be submitted.
