Hiring of Searchers for Multiple Dargahs by Auqaf Department Sindh

The Auqaf Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the hiring of searchers for deployment at various dargahs across Sindh. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and SRB registration, active taxpayer status on ATL, at least 3 years of experience with minimum 5 purchase orders, and evidence of completed work worth at least Rs. 3 million. Earnest money of 5% of the bid value and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal and a printed technical proposal must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh office in Hyderabad. The deadline for submission is 1 October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid according to SPPRA rules.
