Hiring of Firm Contractor for Supply of Three Chowkidars for Security of Power Supply Lines of Jamshoro Old Units and New 660 MW Project

Jamshoro Power Company Limited invites bids for hiring a firm contractor for the supply of three (03) chowkidars to provide security for power supply lines of Jamshoro old units and the new 660 MW project located in Jamshoro, Sindh. This tender is for a service contract to ensure the safety and security of critical power infrastructure. Items being procured: - Supply of Three (03) Chowkidars for security of power supply lines of Jamshoro old units and new 660 MW project The contract requires the contractor to provide manpower for 156 days totaling 468 man-days at a rate of Rs. 1654 per day, amounting to Rs. 774,072. The workforce will be engaged at the site after issuance of the service order and will work under the instruction of the concerned engineer at the site. All safety measures at the workplace are the responsibility of the contractor. Payment will be made monthly upon submission of bills. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, having an active NTN, and registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must deposit 5% earnest money of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit or pay order prepared from scheduled banks of Pakistan in favor of the Resident Engineer (M) TPS Jamshoro. The bid security must be uploaded on the EPAD portal along with the bid. The quotation must be received by 11:30 AM on 16-09-2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM through the EPAD system. Bidders should quote bids covering minimum wages for unskilled labor as per government notification and applicable taxes. Four Sundays of each month are holidays, and public holidays are not allowed except Sundays.
