Karachi Tools, Dies and Moulds Centre (KTDMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible Insurance Companies and Service-providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the hiring of an Insurance Company to provide Group Health Family Takaful (GHFT) and Group Life Takaful (GLT) services. Items being procured: - Hiring of Insurance Company for Group Health Family Takaful (GHFT) - Hiring of Insurance Company for Group Life Takaful (GLT) The bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, bid security requirements, and specifications, are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk. Additionally, documents can be downloaded free of cost from the company website www.ktdmc.com and are also available on the PPRA website at https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the tender documents and submitted via EPADS on or before the deadline of 23rd September, 2026 at 10:30am. The scanned copy of the Bid Security should be uploaded on EPADS, while the original must be sent to the KTDMC Purchase Department at the address provided. It is mandatory that the original Bid Security is received before the bid submission deadline; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00am via EPADS, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
