Hiring of Janitorial Services and Support Staff at NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for the hiring of Janitorial Services and Support Staff for the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28, with a possible extension of 12 months. This procurement is for non-consultancy services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at NADRA's Regional Head Office and its allied offices including Mega Centers and DAUs in Karachi. The contract requires provision of skilled janitorial workers, electricians, AC technicians, generator mechanics, and skilled carpenters to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Items being procured: - Janitorial Workers (Male/Female) totaling 153 staff - Skilled Electricians: 8 staff - Skilled AC Technicians: 8 staff - Skilled Generator Mechanics: 8 staff - Skilled Carpenters: 2 staff The scope includes daily sweeping, mopping, cleaning of floors, toilets, windows, furniture, carpets, and surrounding areas. Weekly, fortnightly, and quarterly cleaning tasks such as glass partition cleaning, sewerage line clearing, fumigation, and water tank cleaning are also included. The contractor is responsible for providing cleaning tools and equipment at their own cost. Staff must be well trained, in proper uniform with identification, and replacements must be provided promptly if required. The contract requires 8-hour shifts with janitorial workers working 24/7 coverage. Eligibility criteria include registration with PPRA, FBR, EOBI, SESSI, and valid tax status. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, financial soundness, and provide documentary evidence of capabilities.
