Hiring of Law Firm / Legal Practice on Retainership Basis

A Public Sector Organization, the Balochistan Board of Investment & Trade (BBoIT), invites applications and proposals from reputable and eligible Law Firms or Legal Practices for provision of legal services on a retainership basis. Items being procured: - Provision of legal advice on business, trade, corporate, commercial, financial, taxation, governance, procurement and regulatory matters - Drafting, vetting, review and interpretation of agreements, contracts, policies, notices, pleadings, legal opinions and other legal documents - Representation and appearance before courts, tribunals, regulators, statutory authorities and other competent forums - Assistance in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration and other legal proceedings - Timely legal opinions and professional advice on matters referred by the Organization The selected firm will provide comprehensive legal services covering a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues. Eligibility criteria include being a legally constituted and reputable law firm with relevant experience, having a proposed Lead Legal Advisor with a valid practising licence and current enrolment with the relevant Bar Council, registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearance on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must have filed Income Tax Returns for the last three tax years and must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government department or competent authority. Submission of required affidavits and declarations regarding conflict of interest is mandatory. Interested bidders should carefully review all qualification and documentary requirements as prescribed in the procurement documents. The tender closing date is **13 October 2026**.
