Procurement of Legal Advisory Services on Retainership Basis

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for procurement of legal advisory services on retainership basis. Items being procured: - Legal Advisory Services on Retainership Basis Bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Registration can be done electronically via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidding documents including terms, conditions, procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening, and evaluation criteria are accessible through EPADS portal or downloadable from ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 29th September 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the committee room at ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1 Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day. Eligibility includes registration on EPADS portal.
