Hiring of Legal Firm on Retainer Basis by Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company

Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible, FBR-registered firms/companies for Hiring of Legal Firm on Retainer Basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Hiring of Legal Firm on Retainer Basis The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. Scanned copies of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0, and the original hard copy submitted before the closing date and time. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS portal. The bid submission deadline is Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submission of RFPs is not entertained. Eligibility requires firms to be FBR-registered and comply with Public Procurement Rules.
