Hiring of Local Chemist for Supply of Medicines to Employees of Jinnah Hydel Power Station WAPDA Kotchandna

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites bids from local chemists and pharmacies of Kotchandna/Kalabagh who are duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for the supply of Local Purchase (LP) medicines to the employees of Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS) availing medical facilities from the Fortified M.I. Room, Jinnah HPS. The medicines shall be supplied against Green Slips, offering a rebate or discount on the M.R.P. as per the terms. Items being procured: - Supply of medicines to employees of JHPS The contract period is 1 year under a closed framework agreement. Bidders must submit bids with a bid security of Rs. 1,000. Bids must be submitted manually in the office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station Kotchandna on or before 24-09-2026 up to 10:30 hrs. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs in the Conference Room of the Office of Resident Engineer, JHPS WAPDA Kalabagh District Mianwali in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, ATL listing, and submission of bid security. The bid must mention the name of the firm on the CDR/Banker's Cheque/Pay Order. The bidding documents are available from the office of the Resident Engineer during working hours upon submission of a written application along with the bid security. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is listed on the Active Taxpayers List and submit the bid security with your bid to avoid disqualification. Timely manual submission is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
