Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management for WSSP Zones A to E

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites reputable and experienced labor-providing firms to submit sealed e-bids for hiring manpower for solid waste and wastewater management across Zones A, B, C, D, and E of WSSP jurisdiction in Peshawar. This procurement aims to enhance integrated and improved drinking water, sanitation, and solid waste management services in the city. Items being procured: - Package-I: Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management within Zone-A - Package-II: Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management within Zone-B - Package-III: Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management within Zone-C - Package-IV: Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management within Zone-D - Package-V: Hiring of Manpower for Solid Waste and Wastewater Management within Zone-E The scope includes providing skilled and unskilled workers on a contractual basis under a salary reimbursement model. Eligible firms must be registered with government tax authorities, have active ATL status for all applicable taxes, and register with KPRA before contract award if not already registered. Firms must also have NTN registration with FBR. Subcontracting or subletting is strictly prohibited and will lead to contract cancellation and blacklisting. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS portal under the Single Stage Two Envelope method by 16th September 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 am. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8th September 2026 at 3:00 pm at the WSSP Conference Room. A 2% CDR of the bid price must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the WSSP office before the closing date. A non-refundable fee of PKR 3000/- payable to WSSP's Bank of Khyber account must also be deposited and submitted with the bid documents.
