Hiring of Manpower Services for Supervision Activities of K-IV Power Component at Keenjhar Lake, Thatta

Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (Pvt.) Limited (STDC) invites sealed bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended) from interested firms for hiring of manpower services for carrying out the supervision activities of K-IV Power Component located at Keenjhar Lake, District Thatta in the jurisdiction of Sindh. Items being procured: - Manpower services for supervision activities of K-IV Power Component The scope involves providing qualified manpower to supervise the power component project at Keenjhar Lake. The contract duration is one year from the date of signing or until project completion. Firms must have valid registration with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities (SRB & FBR) and must be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidding documents with detailed scope of work can be downloaded via the SPPRA EPAD portal from the date of publication until September 29, 2026. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable by pay order or demand draft in favor of Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (Pvt.) Limited.
