Hiring of Manpower Services for Supervision of K-IV Power Component at Keenjhar Lake, Thatta by Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (Pvt.) Limited

Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (Pvt.) Limited (STDC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms for hiring manpower services to carry out supervision activities of the K-IV Power Component located at Keenjhar Lake, District Thatta, Sindh. The project includes supervision of construction activities for the 132 kV Transmission Line, 132 kV GIS Grid Station, Residential Colony, and 11 kV Network. Items being procured: - Resident Engineer (1) - Foreman for Grid Station & Residential Colony (2) - Foreman for Transmission Line & 11kV Network (1) - Supervisor (2) - High Skilled Linemen (5) - Linemen (4) - Surveyor (8) The scope covers physical supervision of all construction activities related to the K-IV Power Component. The manpower supplier must ensure registration with Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI), provide EOBI cards, and register workers with the Workers Welfare Board Sindh for life and accidental insurance. All manpower must comply with health, safety, and environment protocols. Accommodation near Keenjhar Lake is the responsibility of the bidder. Timely salary disbursement by the 5th of each month is mandatory. The contract duration is one year from signing or until project completion. Eligibility requires valid registration with Sindh Board of Revenue (SBR), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience providing technical/skilled manpower to electric power entities is mandatory. A bid security of Rs. 300,000 (2% of estimated value) is required.
