Hiring of Mechanical Services for Steel Structure Workshop

Sealed quotations are invited for hiring mechanical services specifically for the fabrication and installation of a steel structure workshop with an approximate weight of 5000 metric tons. The procurement is managed by the Directorate of Procurement for the public sector. Items being procured: - Fabrication & Installation of Steel Structure Workshop (Weight: 5000 Metric Tons Approx.) A pre-bid technical meeting along with a site visit is scheduled to clarify technical queries and inspect the site. The pre-bid technical meeting will be held on 03.11.2026 at 10:30 Hrs. The site visit is arranged from 04.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 until 10:00 Hrs. Interested contractors must confirm their participation by submitting the names of their representatives at least three working days before the site visit. Tender documents containing technical specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written request from Monday to Friday upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 each in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Tender Fee Fund. No tender documents will be sold on the date of opening. Quotations must be submitted along with 2% Bid Earnest Money and should reach the Director (Procurement) Office by 11-11-2026 till 10:00 Hrs in a separate envelope.
