Hiring of Outsourced Janitorial and Sanitation Services for Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad invites bids for the hiring of outsourced janitorial and sanitation services for its offices located in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P81676. The contract involves provision of janitorial/sanitation workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office floors, corridors, washrooms, and furniture. The scope includes daily sweeping and wet mopping, cleaning and sanitization of washrooms, weekly dusting of furniture and fittings, collection and disposal of waste, cleaning of glass panes and ventilators, and as-required cleaning of spills and stains. Items being procured: - Janitorial/Sanitation Worker at 2nd and 3rd Floor, R-Block, Pak Secretariat (1 person) - Janitorial/Sanitation Worker at 3rd Floor, Cabinet Block (1 person) The contract is initially for two workers, one posted at R-Block and one at Cabinet Block, with an option to expand up to four workers at the quoted unit price per worker per month without renegotiation, subject to budget availability and approval. Workers must have medical fitness certificates from a Federal Government Hospital and valid police security clearance prior to deployment. The contract requires daily and weekly cleaning duties as specified, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for Ministry offices. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and NADRA as applicable, possess relevant experience in janitorial services, and meet the qualification criteria including financial capacity and past performance.
