Hiring of Pest and Rodent Control Services for Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Premises

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites bids for the hiring of comprehensive pest and rodent control services for its official and residential premises located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Comprehensive Pest Control Services for Rodent, Termite, Cockroach Control including inspection, identification, treatment, preventive measures, monitoring, replenishment/replacement of control devices, and emergency/additional treatments as and when required (Annual Contract for 1 Year). The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, transportation, chemicals, pesticides, rodenticides, bait stations, traps, glue boards, tools, machinery, PPE, consumables, and other resources necessary for satisfactory completion of the services throughout the contract period. Routine rodent control is to be carried out at least twice a month, termite and cockroach control as per specifications, and emergency services must be attended without additional charge. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of three years' relevant experience in comprehensive pest-control services, adequately trained technical staff, at least one qualified entomologist as technical lead, valid NTN and sales tax registration, and completion of a mandatory pre-bid site visit.
