Hiring of Pharmacy for Local Purchase of Medicines in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR for the hiring of pharmacy services for local purchase of medicines. Items being procured: - Hiring of Pharmacy for Local Purchase of Medicines at stations: Bannu, Kohat, Abbottabad, D.I Khan, Nowshera, Swat, Mardan, Swabi. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with a bid security (CDR) of PKR 250,000 for each station. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the ATL list. The technical scope includes providing pharmacy services for local purchase of medicines at the specified stations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pre-bid meetings will be held on 20/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Procurement Officer, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 03-11-2026 at 11:00 AM along with earnest money of PKR 250,000 per station in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution. The original CDR must be physically submitted or sent via courier by the deadline to the office of the undersigned. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication of this advertisement. Tender fee of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) must be submitted in Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar, Account No. 0010015894300010, IBAN PK16ABPA0010015894300010 or by Bank Draft in favor of Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution prior to bid submission. No bids will be accepted physically or through any electronic media other than EPADS. Bids will be opened on 03-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Hall, ESSI Head Office, Peshawar. Clarifications may be obtained during office hours on working days. No queries will be entertained after the designated time in EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
