Hiring of Pharmacy for Local Purchase of Medicines in Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution located at Small Industries Estate Kohat Road, Peshawar, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR for the hiring of pharmacy services for local purchase of medicines. This procurement covers multiple locations including Bannu, Kohat, Abbottabad, D.I Khan, Nowshera, Swat, Mardan, and Swabi. Items being procured: - Hiring of Pharmacy for Local Purchase of Medicines at each specified station. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelopes with a bid security (CDR) of PKR 250,000 required for each station. Bids must be submitted on or before 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM along with the earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Vice Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution. Original CDR must be physically submitted or sent via courier services by the deadline. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 in Allied Bank Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar, Account No 0010015894300010, IBAN No PK16ABPA0010015894300010, or via bank draft in favor of the Vice Commissioner prior to submission of bids.
