Hiring of Photocopy and Binding Services on Rental Basis for NAB Balochistan Quetta

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan Quetta invites bids for hiring services for photocopying and book binding on a rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under fund allocation for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Items being procured: - Photocopy paper on legal size, 70 grams, quantity 50,000 copies - Photocopy paper on A4 size, quantity 50,000 copies - Book binding services, quantity 400 books The scope includes supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of photocopying and binding services at NAB Balochistan premises located at Sharah-e-Gulistan Quetta Cantt. The quality of paper must be IK brand or equivalent, 70 grams. The contract duration is until June 30, 2027, with no changes in rates or quality accepted during the contract period. The contractor must ensure security and confidentiality of government documents and may be required to work beyond office hours in emergencies. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, ATL registration, non-blacklisting certificate, and compliance with technical specifications. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 24, 2026, 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Performance guarantee of 7% of contract price is required. Payments will be made through cheque or Micro Payment Gateway by AGPR Sub Office Quetta.
