Hiring of Rental Building for Female NRC Panjgur, Zonal Office Hub & Zonal Office Khuzdar

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the hiring of rental buildings for Female NRC Panjgur, Zonal Office Hub, and Zonal Office Khuzdar. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Rental Building for Female NRC Panjgur - Rental Building for Zonal Office Hub - Rental Building for Zonal Office Khuzdar The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/92788. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
