Pre-Qualification for Repair, Maintenance, Construction and Event Management Works at Ministry of Planning Islamabad

The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives invites e-applications for pre-qualification from reputed firms and contractors based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Eligible bidders must have vendor numbers issued by the AGPR, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for Civil Works only, along with active Tax Payer status. Bidders must prepare electronic proposals in accordance with the detailed pre-qualification document available on EPADS 2.0 portal and the Ministry's website. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic proposals must be submitted via EPADS 2.0 by Friday, 4th September 2026 till 10:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
