Hiring of Rental Building for Female NRC Panjgur, Zonal Office Hub and Zonal Office Khuzdar

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the hiring of rental buildings to accommodate the Female NRC Panjgur, Zonal Office Hub, and Zonal Office Khuzdar. Items being procured: - Rental building for Female NRC Panjgur with approximately 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. covered area - Rental building for Zonal Office Hub with approximately 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft. covered area - Rental building for Zonal Office Khuzdar with approximately 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft. covered area The buildings must have independent entrances, dedicated electricity connections, adequate water supply with overhead tanks and pumps, functional sanitation, wheelchair accessibility, secure parking, and be located in secure and accessible areas. Additional requirements include provision for signage, generator installation, rooftop space for network and solar equipment, proper flooring, false ceilings, complete electrification, emergency exits, and internet connectivity provisions. Eligibility criteria require ownership documents, approved building maps, commercialization certificates, and building fitness certificates. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The contract period is expected to be a minimum of 10 years with rent inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 12:00 PM on September 11, 2026, with technical and financial bids submitted in separate envelopes.
