Provision of Group Health Insurance for NRTC Employees

The National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) in Haripur invites sealed bids from Health Insurance Campines holding at least AA+ and above rating from PACRA/JCR-VIS for the provision of Group Health Insurance for NRTC employees. Items being procured: - Total Insured Lives (Employee Parent, Spouse & Children) - 10,169 (IPD & OPD) - Total Insured Lives (Employees, Parents, Spouse, Children) (Only IPD) - 2,015 The scope includes comprehensive group health insurance coverage for a large insured population including employees and their families. Bidders must be registered with FBR and active taxpayers. The bid security of Rs. 2,500,000/- must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur in a separate envelope. Bids must be complete as per tender documents and submitted in a sealed envelope. Bidders can drop their bids in the Tender Box near the entrance of NRTC. The bidding document cost is Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). Prices should be quoted inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Bids will be evaluated according to the criteria in the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. Bids must reach the office of the General Manager HR, National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation, T&T Colony, Khan Pur Road, Haripur within 15 days by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA rules.
