Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi is procuring rental premises for its Zonal Office Baldia. The premises should have an area between 1700 to 3000 Sq.Ft. and must be located in the main area of Baldia with sufficient parking for vehicles. This procurement is under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004.
The scope includes leasing premises that are legally cleared with valid ownership documents. The building must be well-constructed, preferably with duplex or emergency exits, situated on a main road facing area with basic utilities. The tenancy agreement is for three years with possible renewal subject to mutual consent. Minor repairs up to Rs. 4,999 will be borne by the company, while major repairs above Rs. 5,000 will be the landlord's responsibility. Timely payment of property tax and other utilities is required from the landlord.
Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and comply with all tender requirements including submission of a fixed bid bond of Rs. 20,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal by 11-May-2026 at 10:00 hours. The bid opening will be at 10:30 hours the same day. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening.
The tender documents include invitation to bid, instructions, special terms and conditions, schedule of requirements, title documents, bid bond format, and compliance affidavits. Bidders should ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and submitted as per instructions. Early confirmation of bid submission intention via fax is recommended to the General Manager (Procurement).
