Hiring of Rental Premises for Zonal Office Baldia Karachi

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi is procuring rental premises for its Zonal Office Baldia. The premises should have an area between 1700 to 3000 Sq.Ft. and must be located in the main area of Baldia with sufficient parking for vehicles. This procurement is under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The scope includes leasing premises that are legally cleared with valid ownership documents. The building must be well-constructed, preferably with duplex or emergency exits, situated on a main road facing area with basic utilities. The tenancy agreement is for three years with possible renewal subject to mutual consent. Minor repairs up to Rs. 4,999 will be borne by the company, while major repairs above Rs. 5,000 will be the landlord's responsibility.
