Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the hiring of rental premises for the Zonal Office at Bhan Saeedabad, Hyderabad Region. The premises should have at least 2 to 3 rooms with additional room or storage space considered an advantage. The area required ranges from 1500 to 5000 square feet with sufficient parking space. The premises must be legally cleared with valid ownership or title documents. This procurement is specifically for the Hyderabad region under the SSGC administration. The technical scope includes leasing premises situated on a main road with easy access and necessary basic utilities. The building should be well-constructed with duplex or emergency exits. The lease agreement will be for a period of three years with possible renewal subject to mutual consent.
