Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the hiring of a Retainer Doctor for the OPD Clinic located in Naushero Feroze (Nawabshah) region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Retainer Doctor for OPD Clinic in Naushero Feroze (Nawabshah) region as per Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
The scope includes provision of non-consultancy services for the OPD clinic, ensuring availability of qualified medical personnel to serve the local community. The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all qualification criteria including FBR registration and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM. The bid security original must be physically submitted to SSGC's office in Karachi before the bid submission deadline.
A fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 2,646 (Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Rupees Only) is required. The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS. One practical tip for bidders is to complete EPADS registration well in advance and verify all documents to avoid disqualification due to procedural errors.
