Hiring of Sub Ordinate and Other Staff on Outsource Basis for Special Economic Zone Authority Sindh

Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA), Sindh, Karachi invites online bids from well reputed companies/firms for hiring sub-ordinate and other staff on outsource basis. The contract is for providing services of various categories of staff including Dispatch Rider, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Photocopier Operator/Naib Qasid, Driver, Sanitary Worker, Data Processing Officer, Assistant Manager, and any other official or sub-ordinate staff as required. Currently, eight (08) outsourced staff are engaged with monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 99,900 totaling Rs. 419,900 per month. The successful bidder will re-hire these existing staff and may provide additional staff as needed with salaries not less than the Government of Sindh's minimum wages. Benefits include group life insurance with Rs. 500,000 coverage per staff, group health insurance with Rs. 400,000 hospitalization limit per family, maternity coverage, and other medical benefits. The scope includes managing all labor and legal matters related to outsourced staff. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with eligibility criteria including experience, financial turnover, and client list. Earnest money of Rs. 220,000 is required as bid security. Bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA EPADs portal and a hard copy matching the online submission must be delivered to SEZA office.
