Re-Tender for Repair, Service & Maintenance of Electro Medical Equipments FY 2026-27 (Extendable)

The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites bids for the re-tender of repair, service, and maintenance of electro medical equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27, extendable. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract covers routine service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of biomedical equipment installed at FGPC and its attached centers in Islamabad. The vendor must have workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, qualified biomedical engineers registered with PEC, and experience of at least 3 years in servicing critical equipment such as anesthesia machines, ventilators, and dialysis machines. The contract is valid for one year with possible extension and requires 24/7 service availability. Bidders must be registered with FBR, DRAP as importers of medical equipment, and provide audited financial reports for the last three years with minimum annual turnover of PKR 25 million. Bid security of PKR 440,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 24 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
