Hiring Service of SECP Approved Institutes for Certification of Agent's Foundation Course

The State Life Insurance Corporation Karachi invites sealed bids through the EPADS system under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for hiring services of SECP approved and authorized institutes for certification of the Agent's Foundation Course. This contract is initially for one year with a possibility of extension for two more years by mutual consent. The certification process involves instructor-led, classroom-based training and paper-based assessment with record-keeping. The expected participation ranges from 8,000 to 15,000 persons annually, subject to variation. Items being procured: - Certification of Agent's Foundation Course The scope includes conducting the Foundation Course for sales agents as per SECP Rule 34 (c) of the Insurance Rules 2017. Institutes must comply with mandatory certification requirements and coordinate with State Life Insurance Corporation for training, assessment, and certification modalities. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have their own office and phone number. Eligibility criteria include SECP approval, NTN registration, and possession of an office address and phone number. Bids must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 90 days from bid opening. Bid Securing Declaration must be submitted on EPADS before the closing date, failing which bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The financial template requires rates per certificate inclusive of all taxes.
