Hiring of Security Guards for Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Faisalabad Division FY 2026-27

The Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department Faisalabad Division invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement system for the hiring of security guards for different institutions under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27 (November 2026 to June 2027). Items being procured: - Security Guards for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Faisalabad Division (24 personnel) The scope includes provision of security services at various institutions of Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal in Faisalabad. Bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant authorities and experienced in security services. The bidding documents are available online at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk and www.pprapunjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system by 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Earnest money of 3% of the total estimated cost (Rs. 316,800) must accompany the bid in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in favor of the Divisional Director, Social Welfare & BM Faisalabad. The original bid security instrument must be delivered to the office before closing time. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and PPRA Rules 2014.
