Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam invites sealed tenders through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under SPPR rules from firms registered with Sales Tax & Income Tax Department for hiring of Security Guards through third party outsource services at its main campus Tandojam for a period of one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance of the firm. Items being procured: - Hiring of Security Guards through third party outsource services The scope includes provision of security personnel at the university campus ensuring safety and security of premises and assets. Firms must be active taxpayers on FBR/ SRB lists and comply with eligibility criteria and terms as per tender documents. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPR-EPADS website https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk from 16-09-2026 to 01-10-2026. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only by 11:00 AM on 01-10-2026. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. A 5% earnest money of total tender/bid cost must be submitted in original via Bank Draft in sealed envelope before the bid submission deadline, otherwise bids will not be considered. Tender documents fee of Rs.5000/- (non-refundable) in favor of Director Finance, SAU, Tandojam must also be submitted in original before the deadline.
