Hiring of Security and HR Services for Government Special Education Centre, Ahmedpur East

The scope includes providing security services for the entire contract period according to laid down terms, supplying weapons and ammunition to security guards as per tender form, and clearly stating the monthly rate per security guard inclusive of all applicable taxes. The firm must ensure minimum salary rates for security guards for 8-hour duty shifts as fixed by the Government of Punjab. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA. Financial requirements include depositing 5% of the estimated cost as bid security via 1Link/Online Bank transfer. Manual submission of CDR/Bid Security is not acceptable. An original affidavit on stamp paper and a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price must be submitted before contract issuance.
