Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System from firms with sound financial standing and duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the hiring of security services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the provision of security guards to safeguard the Board's premises in Rawalpindi.
Items being procured:
- Security Guard (Qty: 21, Rate per Guard per Month inclusive of all taxes: Rs. 57,040, Total Amount per Month inclusive of all taxes: Rs. 1,197,840, Total Amount per Year inclusive of all taxes: Rs. 14,374,080)
The scope includes providing professional security personnel to ensure safety and security at the Board's facilities. The contract requires firms to have relevant experience and financial capability. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 718,704 must be submitted. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Tenders must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 27-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. Only online tenders will be accepted; late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional and incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tender documents and terms & conditions are available on the Board's website www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk and the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies should also reach the Board office within the stipulated time.
