A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers, and proprietors having GST and NTN numbers with offices and telephone numbers on F.O.R. Lahore basis for the purchase of Radiation Protection Personal Equipment. Items being procured: - Radiation Protection Personal Equipment (specific items as per attached list) The detailed terms and conditions along with specifications can be obtained after providing documentary evidence as stated in the notice, by submitting a written request to the Pr. Administrator on payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) through Deposit-at-Call or Pay Order in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.10068, Lahore. Bidders must deposit 5% Earnest Money of the quoted value in the form of Deposit at Call in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, refundable upon satisfactory completion of supplies or guarantee period if awarded. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be released after finalization. Tenders without earnest money will be rejected. The validity of rates must be 90 days. Tenders will be opened on 12-October-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Envelopes should be clearly marked with the Tender Notice No. and due date. Suppliers are requested to bring their I.D. Card when collecting tender documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without justification.
