Guards must be physically fit, aged between 25 and 57 years, medically certified, and have verified character certificates. The security company must have valid NOC from the Ministry of Interior and registration with SECP. The contract will be awarded through a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations, financial capacity, experience in security services, and compliance with labor laws including minimum wage and social security.
