Hiring of Security Services for Sindh Public Service Commission Head Office and Regional Office Karachi

Sindh Public Service Commission invites sealed bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from well reputed, established Security Services Companies in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010 under SINGLE STAGE — ONE ENVELOPE BIDDING PROCEDURE to hire Security Services for Sindh Public Service Commission at Head Office, Hyderabad and Regional Office, Karachi during financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Hiring of Security Services for Head Office & Regional Office, SPSC, Karachi The scope includes provision of professional security services at the Sindh Public Service Commission offices located in Hyderabad and Karachi. The bidders must be experienced companies with at least 15 years in the relevant field, registered with FBR/GST/SRB, and must provide attested copies of EOBI Certificate, Social Security Registration Certificate of employees, SECP/Registrar of Firms registration, valid membership with Security Agencies Association (APSAA), and valid NOCs from Ministry of Interior or Provincial Home Departments. A satisfactory performance certificate from the current employer on official letterhead is also required. Bidding documents containing specifications and other details can be downloaded from the SPPRA website (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk) until 11:00 a.m. on 27-08-2026. Bidders must submit original bid security amounting to Rs. 500,000/- and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of a pay order in the name of Secretary, Sindh Public Service Commission, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad.
