Hiring of Service Provider for Scanning and Uploading of Policy Files Hyderabad Region

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the hiring of a contractor to perform scanning and uploading of policy documents for the Hyderabad Region comprising five zones: Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, and Benazirabad. The project involves digitizing approximately 1.5 million pages of policy files including proposal files, IDs, ECGs, medical reports, and payment vouchers. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment and personnel for scanning and uploading, while State Life will provide office space, electricity, and an online uploading software application with quality assurance modules. Items being procured: - Scanning and uploading of approximately 1.5 million variable sized pages of policy documents - Quality assurance reporting - Deployment of scanning and uploading stations with operators and document sorters at each of the five zonal offices The scope includes handling physical files carefully to avoid damage, ensuring scanned documents are readable and named with unique policy serial numbers, and reconciling physical and digital files. The work will be carried out during office hours, five days a week excluding public holidays, at the premises of the respective zonal offices. The contractor must ensure data protection, privacy, and quality standards including image resolution between 150 to 300 DPI and PDF format for scanned files. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, active taxpayer status with FBR, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, and submission of bid security. The evaluation will be based on technical and financial proposals submitted through the e-PADS portal. The contract duration is two months plus ten days mobilization period. Payments will be made in installments based on progress and subject to quality satisfaction.
