Hiring of Services of 01 x 25 Tons Mobile Crane

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited located at West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi invites sealed bids from firms and contractors registered with FBR and SRB for the hiring of services of a 25 tons mobile crane. This procurement is specifically for the execution of GST/SST related works. Items being procured: - Hiring of services of 01 x 25 tons mobile crane The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope system. Bidders must submit separate envelopes for the Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The Technical Bid should contain post-qualification information and be clearly marked. The Financial Bid must include the quoted price and a bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid value in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW). Interested firms can obtain bidding documents upon written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Pak Rs 2000 via Pay Order, Cheque, or Cash in favor of KS&EW. Documents are available at the office of the General Manager (Yard Engineering) during working hours from 0900 to 1600 hours. Alternatively, bidding documents can be downloaded from the KS&EW website. Bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager Yard Engineering of KS&EW by 05 November 2026 at 10:00 am. Technical and Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am and 11:00 am respectively in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of technically rejected bidders will be returned unopened. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004. Late bids will not be entertained.
