Hiring Services for Production of Animated Videos under Research Project

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar invites electronic bids from eligible firms, companies, and service providers for the hiring services for the production of animated videos under a research project. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, Rules, and Regulations as amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Hiring services for the production of animated videos under Research Project Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Excise, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where applicable. They must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and KPRA at the time of bid submission. A bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Director ORIC KMU is required and must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted in original hard copy with company letterhead to the Director ORIC office, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 09/09/2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25/08/2026 at 1100 hours in the Director ORIC office. Detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on E-PADS (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Only registered bidders on E-PADS are eligible to participate. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered and active on the ATL and KPRA lists before bid submission to avoid disqualification. Also, timely submission of original bid security is critical to prevent rejection.
