Hiring Services for Production of Animated Videos under Research Project at Khyber Medical University Peshawar

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar, invites electronic bids from eligible firms, companies, and service providers for the hiring services related to the production of animated videos under a research project. This procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, Rules, and Regulations, as amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Hiring services for the production of animated videos under Research Project Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Excise, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, wherever applicable. Additionally, bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of both FBR and KPRA on the date of bid submission. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on or before 11:00 AM on 09/09/2026 following the single stage two envelope process. Manual submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on 09/09/2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified address. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25/08/2026 at 1100 hours in the Director ORIC office. A bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Director ORIC KMU must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original hard copy submitted to the Director ORIC office, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security will result in rejection of the bid(s). For bidders, it is advisable to ensure timely registration on E-PADS and to prepare the bid security documents well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
