Hiring the Services of Car Rental Firm for Food and Agriculture Exhibition FOODAG-2026

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP, Multan Office) invites bids for hiring the services of a car rental firm to provide transport facilities for visiting delegates during the Food and Agriculture Exhibition FOODAG-2026 in Multan. The contract is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will cover services from 22nd to 27th November 2026. Items being procured include: - Sedan cars (1300 CC, not older than 3 years) on 24-hour basis with fuel and driver - Sedan cars (1300 CC, not older than 3 years) for up to 15 hours with fuel and driver - Bulletproof vehicles including Double Cabin Hilux/Revo/Vigo, Land Cruiser 3500 CC, Fortuner/Prado 2800 CC - Coasters 20-seaters (normal and bulletproof) - Hiace 14-seater vans (normal and bulletproof) The vehicles must be air-conditioned, neat, and drivers must be in uniform with valid licenses and identification. Bulletproof vehicles require security clearance and proper documentation. The service provider must cooperate fully with security agencies and provide a list of vehicles and chauffeurs with contact details. Physical verification of the office and vehicles will be conducted before financial bid opening. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, non-blacklisting certificates, and relevant experience in car rental services, especially for trade events. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline of Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical bid will be evaluated on company profile, fleet size, experience, financial strength, and capacity to provide bulletproof vehicles. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft and to register on EPADS v2.0 if not already registered. The contract requires a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price. The service period is critical, and bidders should plan accordingly to meet the delivery schedule.
