Supply of Management and Event Management Services

The Directorate of Archives invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Management and Event Management services under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is for a total of 7 items related to Invitation of Management/Event Management services. Items being procured: - Invitation of Management/Event Management (Total Item(s) Count: 7) The eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 3 Million each in the previous 3 years, with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 3 Million in the last 3 years. Bidders must have presence as an active taxpayer with a valid LRA Registration Certificate and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications are also required. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the call amount must accompany the bids in the form of a deposit from a scheduled bank.
