The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27 for the hiring of services related to Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) of 24" and 12" diameter Quetta pipelines at Bibi Nani. This procurement is being conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. Items being procured: - Hiring of Services Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) of 24" Dia. Quetta Pipeline - Hiring of Services Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) of 12" Dia. Quetta Pipeline The scope involves specialized drilling services for pipeline installation at the specified site in Quetta, requiring technical expertise and compliance with SSGC standards. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the bidding document. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested vendors who have not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 platform are encouraged to do so promptly.
