The retainership covers comprehensive tax advisory and compliance support, including review of statutory returns and assistance with SECP filings. The integration assignment requires technical facilitation and compliance with FBR digital invoicing regulations. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, NTN registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, no blacklisting affidavit, successful completion of similar contracts worth PKR 20 million in last 5 years, and registration with a Tax Bar for at least 10 years.
