Hiring of Third-Party Firm for Technical Human Resources and Operational Support Services for Punjab Social Welfare Command Center

Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department, Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for the hiring of a Third-Party Firm/Company for provision of Technical Human Resources and End-to-End Technical & Operational Support Services for Punjab Social Welfare Command Center under ADP scheme. Items being procured: - Technical HR (maximum technical HR as required) The total estimated cost is Rs. 102 Million inclusive of all applicable taxes. The bid security required is Rs. 2.04 Million, which is 2% of the total estimated cost. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA website. The bidding process follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement system. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Performance security submission is required from successful bidders as per rules. The bid submission deadline is 5th October 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids should be addressed to the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & BM Department, Punjab, Lahore. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) for the financial year 2026-27.
